How Do I Close Up A Nest On Surgeon Xmas?

Banco del Mutuo Soccorso. Biography (2 ª part)

Capolinea The Album Release indicates that the new line will be in the music of BMS: shorten the issues, and to change the organ and piano and synthesizers, and abandons all pretension innovative in music, definitely we have entered the 80's.

This trend is confirmed in his next studio album: Urgentissimo , which came to light in 1980. 8 new songs, in which the longest does not exceed 5 minutes, with the same formation (Vittorio Nocenzi, Gianni Nozenci, Rodolfo Maltese, and Gianni Pierluigi Colaiacomo Calderon), and collaborating Karl Potter on drums.

The album is not that good or bad, is that it has nothing to do with progressive rock, there are still details of the disk can still be seen by a Progressive Rock fan.

The following albums released during this decade, it becomes more of the same, so I'll just mention, along with the year of publication:
    Good
  • Notizie (1981)
  • Bank (1983)
  • ... E Via (1985), the latter in English.

disk Lontano Da Bank (1983)

Notably, in 1983 Nocenzi Gianni left the band to perform a solo career publishing records: Empusa (1988) Soft and Song (1992) . And also after the disc Bank (1983) Gianni Colaiacomo leaves the band.

Finally in 1989 comes to light Donate Plautilla disk , containing recordings of the first training BMS, prior to the entry of Francesco di Giacomo.

Also in this same year he published Non mettere dita nel naso, solo work of Francesco di Giacomo, but accompanied by the rest of BMS (and Vittorio Nocenzi as producer).

The 90's begins with the return to original name, Banco del Mutuo Soccorso. Also published a double CD entitled Da qui Messer if dominates the valley (1991), which contains a new version of the first two albums the group. Fortunately it appears that BMS returns to his roots ... Finally

BMS releases new album in 1994 entitled Il 13, and although seems to want to resume their sonido originario; sin embargo el resultado no es precisamente satisfactorio.

The remaining issues are in the acoustic format, and in my opinion are quite commendable, to give a different view of his compositions. The second disc includes his live performances, with the usual instrumentation.

To mark its 30 anniversary held a series of actions, which were collected on the disc No Palco.

And finally this year just left Bank released a DVD Live 1980, directed by Luigi Faccini, who directed the film Garofano Rosso, and that includes a concert during the tour Capolinea, also accompanied an interview of nearly 50 Vittorio minutes Nocenzi.

And that's all for now. At a time when the progressive scene has emerged, not only in Italy (Premiata Forneria Marconi, Le Orme ,...) but around the world would be nothing strange that BMS could surprise us with a new album, and that in this way could prove they are members of the so-called Golden Triad An excellent snap his 35 years of life ...

Good Lyrical Costumea

Banco del Mutuo Soccorso. Biography (1 ª part)

Speaking Italian progressive rock, often cited the so-called Golden Triara, referring to the three groups that have developed a more extensive career. These groups are Le Orme, Premiata Forneria Marconi and bank Mutuo Soccorso. I'll try to make a small biography, which for me is the best group that emerged in Italy in the 70's. Here we will discuss only some of the history of the group to later discuss their most significant albums.

The origins of Banco del Mutuo Soccorso be found in the brothers Nocenzi ( Vittorio and Gianni ), Vittorio command of the piano keyboard and Gianni, who along with Franco Coletta on guitar, Fabrizio Falco on bass and Mario Achilli in the battery, get an audition for RCA, with songs composed by Vittorio, and where are the embryonic ideas of what would later be Banco del Mutuo Soccorso, and would develop in the legendary venue in the neighborhood of Marino in the early 70's.

This formation reaches record several tracks, including disk Sound 70 (disc which contained items novice group), and subsequently reprinted in the disc Plautilla Donna (1989). These issues are Vedo il Phone , Mine and Libertá Father Francesco.

But it was not until 1971 when the band come to an ideal alignment, the result of his meeting with Marcello Todaro (guitar for a group called Fiori di Campo), Francesco di Giacomo (vocals), Renato D'Angelo (bass) and Pierluigi Calderoni (drums), all from the group esperienza. With this new formation, they will take the step to a sound more "beat" to compositions much more lengthy and complex, where translucent love for classical music Nocenzi brothers.

With regard to the name he gave the explanation Nocenzi Vittorio himself in an interview: "his choice was based on several aspects, firstly because it was fashionable in those days have long names, then we wanted to specify the site where valuable things are stored (a bank) should also be shared with others for help (Mutuo Soccorso). "

The first album was released in 1972, headed the group: Banco del Mutuo Soccorso . During this time the group becomes the opening act for the concerts of Curved Air and Rory Gallagher in Italy. Later in 1991 the original lineup, with the exception of Gianni Nocenzi rejoined to re-record the album and the next.

a few months the group back to the studio and recorded the sensational Darwin! , a concept album about the Theory of Evolution of Species Darwin. Is this the first concept album that emerged in Italy, and elevates them as one of the major groups of Italian progressive rock.

Yearly Next, in 1973, the group publishes its third album Io Sono Nato Libero , and would be the last one they recorded with the label Ricordi. It also produces the first change in the formation of the group is replaced by Marcello Todaro Matese Rodolfo (ex Homosapiens), and had also collaborated on the recording. Marcello Todaro subsequently formed the supergroup Crystals with Giorgio Piazza (Premiata Forneria Marconi), Nanni Civitenga (raccomandato Ricevuta Ritorno) and Giorgio Santandrea (Alphataurus), among others.

After

BMS record three albums left the label Ricordi, and information by Manticore seal, which belonged to Keith Emerson and Greg Lake , following in the footsteps of Premiata Forneria Marconi. Once

been successful in their country, trying hard to break through the Anglo market, for which in 1975 recorded the album Bank, with the best tracks from previous albums in English, and an unknown until issues Date: L'Albero del Pane (sung in Italian).

His next album, entirely instrumental, it will be Garofano Rosso, published in 1976 and is the soundtrack of movie of the same title, and based on a novel by Elio Vittorini.

That same year they recorded their next album, Come in un'ultima dinner, which was also published in English under the title of As in a Last Supper.

lead in 1978 after his second instrumental ... Di Terra, the first time working with an orchestra. For this record Alan King collaborate on flute and sax, and Orchestra dell'Unione Musiciti di Roma, directed by Vittorio Nocenzi. Also from this album shorten its name, renamed simply Bank.

published in 1979 Canto di Primavera , with the second change in the composition: Renato D'Angelo was replaced by Gianni Colaiacomo.

The decade ends with Capolinea , published in 1980. A disk atrocity beginning with its cover and that respect for the taste of the readers I will not post. These versions of their previous albums but with a disco sound very typical of the decade will begin. In my opinion only saved the two parts of Capolinea, based on the theme Fino alla Mia Porta of Come drive in un'ultima dinner. The album was recorded live at the Jazz Club in Milan.

BRAIN. Melos (1973) ROCKY'S

Cervello was a group that emerged in the early seventies in Naples, and was comprised of the following musicians:
  • Antonio Spagnolo: bass, acoustic guitars 6 and 12 string, bass pedals, flute, voice
  • Giulio D'Ambrosio, tenor and alto sax, flute, voice
  • Corrado Rustici, guitar, flute , vibraphone, voice
  • Gianluigi Di Franco: vocals, flute, percussion
  • Remigio Esposito: drums, percussion vibraphone
Note that Corrado Rustici, brother of Danilo Rustici, Osanna guitarist, the group with which we find parallels: both are reminiscent of the Mediterranean culture, and also influences of King Crimson (in the case of Osanna especially in his masterpiece Palepoli).

focused and on the record, that was published by Ricordi in 1973, one of the most important in the progressive scene in Italy, which were groups such as Banco del Mutuo Soccorso, Reale Accademia di Musica, Museo Rosenbach or Acqua Fragile. The album is inspired by the culture of ancient Greece (Euterpe theme refers to the Muse of Music in Greek Mythology)

As for the sound of the album, the melodic guitars dominate very well combined with the voice of Di Franco, and still very much with the flute, which split between four of its members, but introducing changes fantastic guitars and saxophones crimsonianas that closely resemble Van Der Graaf Generator, thus achieving an opposition between melodic and harmonious environment, against another of chaos and tension. In

defintiva we have one of the best doctors that were made in the seventies in Italy, but unfortunately the group did not need ytras joy of success a series of actions in which they came to perform at the "III Festival e nuove tendenze d'avant garde ", held in Naples shortly after the band disbanded. Corrado Rustici collaborated on the album Osanna Landscape of life, then joined the band Nova, and finally developing a solo career.

The LP was reissued on CD in 1991 by Contempo label, now discontinued. In 2003 it was reissued by BMG in imitation of the vinyl edition, and is also very hard to find but worth it.

How Much Is Highlights At Jcpenney

Filja. Stories of men and not (1973)

Here we have one of the so many hidden gems that gave Italy in the seventies. With only a couple of listeners already knew that was before an album that would accompany me on my travels many nights progressive.

One of the characteristics of Progressive Rock in Italy, which often had a politically charged (The main examples are Area or Stormy Six) oriented Marxist positions, and Rocky's FILJ not going to be an exception. issues such as "L'Ultima Spiaggia" refers to the famous motto of the French May ("under the pavement, the beach"). "Il Soldato" is the anti-war statement of rigor and "Martino", the prescient reckoning with imperfect justice turn Adriano Sofri knew (former leader of Lotta Continua unfairly imprisoned on a charge and without sufficient evidence) hostage and warning of an era. However you can find a more detailed analysis on the excellent blog exonerating miracles.

The group consists only of four musicians, and I say only, because in his music but involved multiple instruments. In this regard recall Gentle Giant, because here too we find multi-instrumentalist, but only the comparison ends here, as Rocky's FILJ music is more jazz oriented, while not exactly a group of Jazz Rock. The group is led by Rocky Rossi, manager of the voices and alto and baritone saxophones, clarinet. The Rossi's singing is very aggressive and heartbreaking, mostly trying to impregnate their issues in a dramatic high load. Unfortunately he died in a car accident in 1985. The rest of the group is made up Grablovitz Roby (Guitar, flute), Luigi Ventura (bass, trombone) and Rubino Colasanto (drums, bass)

The group was formed in the early 70 coming to participate in the Villa Pamphili Pop Festival and later acting opening for Banco del Mutuo Soccorso , allowing them to record their first single in 1971 with the Cobra label with two songs: Ingrid and I Spettro. Finally in 1973 achieved record this wonderful album with Ricordi. Despite making such an exceptional job, did not, however, with the support of the critics or the public. However in 1979 we surprised by releasing a new single: Astro car

Let's see each of the topics covered:

L'ultima Spiaggia. The disc so shocking: a subject that constantly happen aggressive passages featuring the saxophone and guitar to other quieter dominated by the flute and bass. In total almost 14 minutes of pure madness and debauchery, that somehow remind me 21st Century Schizoid Man King Crimson .

Il Soldato. After a spectacular start, we now offer the opposite side, a quiet track, with a magnificent bass. The issue as has previously induique na antiwar theme.

E Theme instrumental in demonstrating the more jazzy side.

Io Robot!. Another of the gems disk. The track begins in a very classical, with the bass and flute, and gradually becoming more aggressive and go jazzzero, and taking more prominence, the saxophone and guitar. A real delight!

Martino. The disc closes with a subject that shows which is the essence of the group: jazzy arrangements masterful compositions, but without neglecting some symphonic touches, and with Rossi singing so torn, infusing a touch paranoid to their songs. The final coda of the subject is just great!

In short an excellent album that I recommend to all lovers of good music: if you ever find in stores do not buy it because ddeis in very difficult to achieve. This re-released by BMG, part of the series that brought in 2003 dedicated to the Italian progressive rock in imitation of the vinyl format.

Staff Infection From Mos

flight. To be or not to be? (1975)

IL Volo is a genuine supergroup: Alberto Radius and Gabriele Lorenzi were from Formula Tre , and Bob Callero had been in groups like Tribe and Duello Madre Osaga.

After an excellent debut in 1974, with self-titled album the following year released what would be his greatest work: Essere or non essere?

This is an album that I really enjoy, not characterized by large suites or for complex arrangements or solos, but this disc has something that makes me not ever get tired of hearing it. Particularly it is an album that gives me strong emotions, and I bring to mind feelings on life, death, love, ... Pity that only lasts a little over half an hour.

is a quasi-instrumental album (except the third item), in which the dialogs between guitars and keyboards create that special atmosphere, with some jazzy references and even Oriental. It is possible to highlight a single six issues are perfect, beautiful and evocative of an unreal world. Topics

Does A Football Visor Work For Lacrosse?

TICKET TO HELL - The Seeds of Time (1974)

Me would like to recommend this disc Biglietto per l'Inferno. First will tell something of this band for q not know.

This band was born in Lecco in 1972 from the ashes of several bands: Gee and Mako Sharks. Unlike other brilliant Italian groups to remove dissolved q his first album, they had a very extensive musical career, took 2 disks the market. Of the two, the first title hononimo, is considered a masterpiece of Italian progressive. His second album, "Il tempo della seminar in 1975, could not be released originalmete by problems with their record" Trident ", and only had distribution as a bootleg of a concert among his fans, to q in the year 1992 was published by Mellows Records record label.

As members of the group, is characterized by having 2 keyboard players in the group, like other Italian groups q, these are its members:

Claudio Canali (vocals, flute, flugelhorn)
Marco Mainetti (guitar )
Giuseppe "Baffo" Banfi (organ, moog)
Giuseppe Cossa (piano, organ)
Fausto Branchini (bass)
Mauro Gnecchi (drums)

And as the album itself "Semina DLLA Il Tempo" has been for me a pleasant surprise, Claudio Canali, knows very well use his voice, and giving a dark and gloomy in his first song, a wonderful piece of + 10 minutes. Changes of pace, combined with other moments of great tranquility, getting a great harmony in their songs.

TRACK LISTING

1. Il Tempo Della Semina (10:13)
2. Mente Sola - Mente (2:55)
3. Viva Lotta Pensa (3:15)
4. L'arte Sublime Di Giusto Regnare A (3:17)

Brazilian Wax For Men Toronto 24/7

COURT OF MIRACLES. Court of Miracles (1976)

This is possibly my favorite album from Italian symphonic rock, taking into account also my weakness for music in this country. To me a jewel.

This is the only studio album they released, which is very prevalent in this country in connection with the symphonic rock / progressive, which are numerous groups that released a single disc (usually authentic jewelry) and then disappear.

Corte dei Miracoli
emerged in the coastal city of Savona, having as background the group Il Giro Strano, where he began keyboardist Alessio Feltri, which after failure of this group, which failed to record a disc, forms a New Group: CORTE dei Miracoli and whose formation is as follows: Alessio
  • Feltri: keyboards
  • Riccardo Zegna: keyboards
  • Graziano Zippo: Flavio
  • Scogna
  • voice: drums, percussion
  • Gabriele Siri: low

The album is characterized by the prominence of the two keyboard players (no guitars except participation in the issue Verre ... E L'Uomo Vittorio De Scalzi-guitarist and New Trolls-), and a rich and aggressive percussion that make this album a real masterpiece from the instrumental point of view. And if you want to know more details of the disk have to listen and of course buy it.

TRACK LIST

1. Verre ... E L'Uomo (7:00)
2. Verso Il Sole (6:34)
3. A Fiabesca Storia (6:52)
4. Il Rituale Notturno (7:12)
5. I Due Amanti (13:40)

How To Ratate The Movie Qiuick Time

Bienvenidos!

This blog is created with the purpose to entertain such progressive and symphonic gems that are hidden.

I hope that together we can dive into this ocean of music that makes us lose the sense of reality.
